Massimo La Scala Massimo La Scala
Professor of Electrical Energy Systems at the Politecnico di Bari. He was a visiting professor at several U.S universities. (Arizona State University and Washington State University) where he held a series of seminars and lectures. The scientific activities of Professor La Scala regards on analysis and control of electrical systems and restructuring the electricity industry has over 140 publications in major scientific journals. He received a major international scientific awards in the field of energy: The Fellowship of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers). He is President of the EESC Research Centre for Public Services and Energy of the Polytechnic of Bari.

Parliamentary Adviser at the Chamber of Deputies, Secretary of the Foreign Affairs Committee and Community. Already Secretary of the Italian parliamentary delegations at the Assemblies of NATO, OSCE and the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership (XIV legislature), is lecturer in History and Theory of the parties at the Faculty of Sociology of the Rome’s University "La Sapienza". Vice-President of the International Commission for the History of Representative and Parliamentary Institutions (ICHRPI), is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Italian Council for the European Movement.

He is degree in Telecommunication Engineering at the Rome’s University “La Sapienza”, he is CEO of the Canadian company MyScreenMobile Inc., listed on the Frankfurt and New York Stock Exchange. He was CEO of Nokia Italy and then Vice President of Nokia America directly leading the expansion of' commercial for Nokia in Latin America.
